You can charge for tickets to the event/for recording accessComingAt the moment you can charge tickets in your own system, then let us know (discuss with us how to set this up). Later you will be able to set this up.
You can send thank you and reminder emails to attendeesImplemented, requires EventRaptor assistanceWe can send out all the emails, according to the schedule you decide. However, we at EventRaptor need to set it up, so you give us the text, subject lines and schedule, and we set it up for you.
You can use affiliate links for promotingImplemented, requires EventRaptor assistanceYes, you can use affiliate links, and it works fine. At the moment you can simply decide what the affiliate ID is, and we’ll provide you the leaderboard ranking. In the future, EventRaptor will automatically allocate the affiliate ID – OR, if you use ThriveCart, you can give us the ThriveCart affiliate ID when you set speakers up. We are also looking at supporting other affiliate systems.
You can send emails including leaderboard ranking to affiliates and promotersImplemented, requires EventRaptor assistanceLike attendee emails, provide the subject line, copy and schedule, and we’ll ensure the information is sent out to your promoters.
